Praise the Lord. The families that have been evacuated have arrived safely to their destination!! Please continue to pray for those that remain in this Region. May God continue to provide protection, wisdom, discernment and favour in their local situations. We covet your prayers and ask for you to consider assisting us with resources to cover the operational costs of the evacuation and ongoing increased expenses due to the uprising in the Region. We will continue to update you regularly and appreciate your care for our team

Short Term Impact

Business "takes off" :: An Update from the field
We are a part of a business that distributes handmade scarves to shop owners in the marketplace. The sale of these handmade scarves provides poor families with stable employment that allows them to send their children to school, have a shelter over their head, and have food on the table. Members of our ASI team are serving in the community where the scarves are made have been able to help meet the physical needs of the people opening the door to minister on a spiritual level.

I Each week as I travel to teach, I pray that the Lord would open up opportunities to share with those that are searching. It did not take long for the Lord to point out His purposes for me there. A co-worker named Jack quickly became a friend of mine, and every time I stopped in we would talk about life.

WHAT I LEARNED AT CAMP HOPE – Bryan shares his story
In 2008, my parents were taken from my brother and I by an earthquake. We were lost and we didn't know what we were going to do. The government arranged for us to go a boarding school where we would spend the summer. We were very sad to leave our friends.
