WHAT I LEARNED AT CAMP HOPE
– Bryan shares his story ::

In 2008, my parents were taken from my brother and I by an earthquake. We were lost and we didn't know what we were going to do. The government arranged for us to go a boarding school where we would spend the summer. We were very sad to leave our friends.

At the end of our summer, we got to go to Camp HOPE. There we played games and ate the best food I've had in a long time! We met lots of new friends including some Canadian friends. They told us about their country and we made crafts and sang songs together. My favorite part was when we all got to go to McDonalds!!!

At camp I learned that I am loved no matter what happens to me. I learned that I can do anything I want with my life if I just have faith! I also learned that I am pretty smart and can learn quickly. I cannot wait to return to Camp Hope!!!
